It was our anniversary and they were amazing, they not only upgraded our room for us, but we were welcomed with a surprise of champagne a congratulatory card and dessert! Room was beautiful. Food was fabulous and staff were amazing... no complaints! Beautiful hotel. Will return for sure. Treated our pets like family too.

Banff National Park trip.

Our stay was excellent ! Nice service and confort. I heard it was sold and in September will be closed for a year for a big renovation. Views are gorgeous and shuttle and town transportation is included.
