A/C was not working, there was hair from previous people who stayed there on the towels. The shower had rust, the walls had cracks and water damage. Someone tried to open my door multiple times and told them they had the wrong room.

No complaints here!
I don’t have any complaints about the stay we had here. It was clean and quiet and everyone was very nice that worked there. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it was clean and open. We did take our little dog with us, which was no charge for the first pet. They have a station for poop pick up yet some people don’t have the courtesy to use it. Not the hotels fault. The beds were decently comfortable and bedding was clean. I like that there is both a fridge and microwave in the room. Lots of outlets for charging items. We will definitely use this Red Roof Inn the next time we stay in Austin.

Terrible experience
The room was dirty. The sheets were filthy. I had to go get my own sheets and changes the bed linens. Amanda (night shift) worker was pleasant and said she would let the manager know about the sheets and room. When I turned in my key the following morning, the front desk attendant was short. I asked if there was a note to the manager or anything she said no and asked was I trying to get a free room. I was mortified. I came to the hotel because I was my AC at home went out and I have severe asthma. I came to the hotel for relief but instead I got filthy sheets, had to be a maid and accused of wanting something free. Terrible experience.
