Nothing around hotel… 10 minute walk to centro historico…dirty curtains and walls. paper thin walls; could not sleep at night due to constant noises coming from adjacent rooms… changed hotels after one night. Did not feel like rooms were very secured…

Tomar en cuenta que para llegar a veces los huéspedes requerimos de usar algún sistema de gps para ubicarnos y el problema radica en que la dirección está colocada en la calle contraria de donde realmente está ubicado el acceso.

Buena estancia lo principal que está limpio y en buenas condiciones en general. El único detalle si eres de sueño ligero es que se oyen ruidos de otra habitación o pasillo. Recomendable considerando el costo por noche.

Muy limpio pero tuvimos varios detalles, reservé una habitación estándar con cama queen y me dieron una sencilla diciendo que en la app había un error y que no ofertaban esos cuartos y después se contradijeron diciendo que no tenían camas queen, en la noche nos quedamos sin luz por un rato y para bañarse hay que pedir que enciendan los boilers y esperar más tiempo a que salga el agua caliente siendo un desperdicio, la única ventaja fue que estaba al lado del evento al que asistimos

El hotel esta bien ubicado lejos de los bares por lo que la zona es muy tranquila se descansa bien, hay agua caliente en todo momento lo cual se agradece, el estacionamiento es muy amplio y seguro. Cuentan con alberca pero no esta climatizada es agua fría y pues pierde el atractivo. La cama esta algo dura, como que les hace falta renovar esa parte asi como la ropa de cama ya es algo vieja tambien.

En general es un buen lugar para quedarse una noches, no queda tan lejos del centro de Cholula. Lo único que no me gustó mucho es que algunas sábanas y toallas no estaban limpias del todo. El personal fue siempre muy amable, tanto en recepción como las personas que se encargan de las habitaciones. Probablemente volvería.
