Overall with good experience, only one I would like to mention is, the hotel sent email to ask me to give them reply or kind of confirmation of accommodation at 22:xx on the date I supposed to check in and asked me to reply before 11pm. If not, they would cancel my booking and charge the whole amount of the bill. I paid the whole amount in advance for the booking and if there’s such policy, should inform the guest earlier but not on the Check-in day or even only 45 minutes given to the guest.
It made people frustrated.
