It's all on the name BEST Western.

Room was fresh and clean. Plenty of fresh towels. Front desk provided a list of local restaurants which was very helpful. You must go stand on the corner in Winslow, AZ! Room was quiet, no traffic noise and gas station with basic needs next store. Great staff made for a pleasant overnight stay with breakfast included.

Great stay in Winslow

We stayed here as part of a longer trip. The hotel looked like it had been renovated recently. It was easy to get to form the highway and was right next to a gas station, which was nice. The beds were very comfortable.

Overall, this was a nice stay. However, the property is a bit dated and needs a bit more maintenance work. The breakfast was pretty good. And a new Dunkin Donuts and Arby's were about to open next door at the new Love's Truck Stop (they opened on the day we checked-out). I would like to recognize one the housekeeping ladies (I think her name was Francine) as she was very helpful providing an extra hand I needed in operating the ice machine.

Not pet friendly here. Said absolutely no dogs except service animals. I had told her the last days in was okay with the dog, she said that this one was privately owned. I said I had a dog. (Winnie dog) And would have to find something else. Clerk went in other room came back and I guess decided not to give up the 150 dollars for one night stay. Just add a 25 dollar pet fee. My 2 boys went to the indoor pool came back shortly said it was dirty. I didn't go look. Hell these are 13 and 14 year olds. They would swim in a mud puddle.

Immediately off I40. Greeted at check in by a lovely lady, check in was easy & swift. Property is clean & the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of free self parking. Unfortunately no food establishments within walking distance apart from Denny's on the opposite side of I40. A new gas station is under construction next door, (we didn't hear a thing) once completed there will be an Arby's there. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. 5* from me.
