The room had holes in the carpet, bathroom was disgusting including the tub caulking was missing in areas in and around the tub. The front desk did inform of the shower pull drain being broken however the entire room was very unclean. The room was on the 3rd floor and when you got off the elevator the heat hit you in the face. Drain in bathroom was clogged, and builing in general needs deep clean and repainted. As in, there wasnt dirt anywhere or such, but carpet looked worn, and there were many patches on the walls that were very noticable even if painted over. Very dim lighting everywhere.

Wasnt the cleanest room. Had people smoking weed right outside door as well as drinking so as you go out door you had to fight through that as well as door was a pain to get into. Door knob on inside door didnt stay on and 2nd tv you had to keep angled so the wifi / cable worked lights didnt all work in room.

Check in receptionist very rude. Bed very uncomfortable and room really outdated. The “breakfast” is a muffin and coffee. Place could use some new staff and updating and it might be an okay stay.

I will never go back or book with this hotel. The room was dirty with linens full of blood, dust behind the tv stand with stinky socks. The sofa bed has Cheerios and cookies in the bed. The best part is the pillows unclean , full of dark spots.

The hotel called and cancelled our reservation, saying our room was flooded. They tried to tell us to go to a hotel 30 minutes away. We reserved at that specific location for a family event. We did not agree to go to the second hotel, and ended up staying at a hotel near the original one, at double the price.
