Worst hotel stay in 20 years

Bathroom shower was not working properly. Couch in one of the rooms was uncomfortable. The other room only had 1 chair. Toilets were very easily clogged. The first night it clogged and i was told they did not have a plunger. AC did not work and the room was hot.

This was hands down the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. My room was disgusting. My shower didn't work. They over booked the hotel so they were not able to give me another room. On top of this they couldn't get any of the key cards in the hotel to work. I feel like can't trust hotels.com moving forward after this

Our stay started with waiting the desk for almost ten minutes for someone to register us. They were folding laundry. Our room was in need of many repairs and cleaning as the photos show. The curtains wouldn’t stay shut. Air conditioning wasn’t cooling well. The beds were comfortable, but the tv was in the other room where only one chair was provided for viewing. We had to move the dresser and spin the tv around to watch it from the bedroom. The breakfast was terrible. Only watered down coffee, tea bags and hot chocolate packs. Only three packaged muffins were laid out for food.

Please help- this stay was awful!

Seriously this stay was awful- and I don’t really know what I need to do to get this made right. At check in, I stood there waiting for 15 minutes because the system wasn’t working. The room was seriously atrocious. Missing cupboard doors, trim falling off, nail polish painted on multiple doors, dirty sheets. Such low water pressure nothing would come out of the shower. Just drops out of the tub faucet. And seriously the bathroom was disgusting. The staff told us they didn’t have replacement sheets, and no rooms around to move us to, and that nothing could be done about the shower. They told us management was there so they couldn’t do anything for us at all- including anything financial. The coffee was out at breakfast, and the list the breakfast included was not accurate. Just muffins and an empty coffee canister. This was rough. I stayed in a hotel room as a family of five with three tired kids- and none of us could shower or bath after a busy travel day. Who do I need to talk to make this right?

Won't be staying here again

I booked my stay back in April was told that they overbooked so they didn't have anything available, finally they had a cancelation so I got that room I was supposed to have a deluxe king suite the one I was given was a standard double room. The manager told me they'd have my room I originally booked in a fews days and I could just check back to see if it was available instead of him offering to contact me when it was. Got to the standard room and it was horrible, smelled like an ashtray, the stove looked like a fire hazard, the bathtub was atrocious and there was unidentifiable red stains on the floor. Immediately went and canceled our stay and left.

Not the best place but I am here for work. Took 2 weeks for them to fix my bathtub drain, my tub paint is falling apart. My kitchen refrigerator wasnt working right and my TV wasnt working right either.

Very poor condition, both hotel and the room itself. Dirty communal areas. People living there with their kids in small rooms with poor conditions and over congested. The room was big with stove, microwave and fridge so fulfilled all the basic requirements but all the things required a thorough cleaning. The bed was swinging over its stand, the toilet shower head needs fixation. One can assume the condition of the room from the attached couch pictures.

2nd chance, big mistake

Well I figured I'd give it another try because it was a decent price but I regretted it as soon as we got to our door. The door stuck so u had to put your shoulder into it hard. We walk in, and the first thing I noticed was the couch, there's was holes, rips, tears, stains, broken pieces of wood on the floor from someone trying to close the bed in the couch which was kinda stuck so the couch was lopsided. Anywho, the floors were dirty, there were spiders. Also there's a sign saying they have kitchenware, because there was a kitchen, that you could ask for. The front desk lady was rude and the only thing she had was a dirty tiny pan. There wasn't even any coffee in the dining area.i also had to walk past a bunch of people smoking weed outside our door with my 8 year old son.
