As a Hilton Honors Gold member, I was shocked by the poor experience at Hilton Garden Inn Kauai Wailua Bay. The staff were unfriendly and noticeably inhospitable, showing a general unwillingness to help with even simple requests.
The property itself felt neglected. Elevators and carpets were old, worn, and dirty, and the overall upkeep was far below what I expect from a Hilton brand.
For a hotel carrying the Hilton name, this level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable. I hope management addresses these issues quickly, as this property does not reflect the quality and hospitality Hilton guests should receive.
