This was my second stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and very attentive to details. The room was cleaned everyday and water and toiletries replenished regularly. The breakfast had a superb variety and the waiters were always there to serve you with whatever you wanted. The Safron Spice restaurant food is of a very high standard and there is often no need to go else where to dine. We ate only at the hotel to avoid any health issues. Highly recommend this hotel.

Property as described - sometimes in Mumbai you never know what you're getting but this was an awesome value for the money. Property was clean, in excellent condition and bathrooms were very clean. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Auris. Nothing bad to say. Room was comfortable and clean, maybe slightly on the smaller side for a triple room. Breakfast had a good variety and the hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. The restaurant underneath was really nice. Overall enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The in-room TV, safe and fridge all were not working. We informed the staff and they did absolutely nothing. Further the same night we checked-in to our our room, we observed another staff checking-in a group of 8 men to another room on the same floor. They had the appearance of laborers. We asked the staff who they were and they said they were all guests. 8 men in a single room meant for 3 people? We did not feel safe.
