Loved it!

We loved staying here. It was comfortable and roomy. We were able to open the windows for fresh air. It was clean and comfortable. There is no refrigerator which is the only problem to keep your drinks cold or leftovers but I would still rate it high. Thanks. We will definitely be back!

Serves a purpose

The service was great at the hotel, very friendly even though we had to wait a while to check in. The room was okay, a bit tired looking and we could see a thick layer of dust behind the panelling by the window. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and that's all we really needed it for, so it served a purpose with a central location.

Even 3 stars would be too much

I stayed there for 4 nights. It’s okay for a 2 and a half stars and definitely had a nursing home feel. The facilities were lacking (no boxed tissues or bathroom floor mats, despite the shower curtain also being the wrong size for the space, making the bathroom extremely hazardous). Housekeeping was also lacklustre, leaving behind used mugs despite there being little else to clean.

The room was very small, curtain did not fit window, no charging points, not enough coffee provided, or sugar. The breakfast room was ok, but the food was not hot enough, the bacon had been reduced to the size of rabbit droppings, there was not much fresh fruit, coffee in flasks which meant it was cold unless you drank it in one go. We had stayed in Scandic hotels before, this one did not measure up.

staff were nice and helpful, hotel was nicely positioned in the city. However, the room was small for a queen size bed. 1.40 wide. The airconditio did not work and the room was constantly hot, furthermore, when you use the aircondition there’s a constant rattle from the fan which will keep you up at night. In addition, the hallways are really noisy with poorly isolated doors. you’ll hear people walk by and enter their rooms.

Una experiencia nefasta. El restaurante estaba desbordado: no había mesas disponibles, no servían a la habitación y solo aceptaron preparar un pedido para recoger. La bandeja permaneció 48 h en el pasillo (adjunto foto). A las 4:00 de la segunda noche comenzó un pitido muy molesto; en recepción confirmaron que era la caja fuerte con las pilas agotadas y la alarma sonó más de una hora. En la cama supletoria apareció un calcetín sucio. Tampoco limpiaron la habitación el segundo día. Que el cliente deba solicitar la limpieza y que lo presenten como “ecologismo” me parece inaceptable: puedo entender no cambiar sábanas y toallas a diario, pero no prescindir del servicio de habitaciones a este precio. En resumen: una decepción muy cara y por debajo de lo esperable.

Småt og ikke helt godt

Det kan godt være jeg bestilte et standardværelse, men det kan altså også godt blive for småt .... 2 seniorer - seng op mod væg og 1 stol - virkede mere som et enkeltværelse der var sat en større seng ind i. Ikke prøvet det før og har ellers brug Scandic flere gange.
