Just dont book here

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was disgusting. The floors were so dirty I had to lay down the bed sheets just so my toddler could walk around without touching them. The fridge was filthy—covered in grime and looked gray from all the dirt. To make matters worse, the bathroom had visible mold in multiple places. I don’t know how this place is even allowed to operate in that condition. Completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially families.

Flight delayed so I arrived at 2am. The front desk is completely deserted. I yelled over and over but no one appeared. I finally left and walked to another hotel nearby. Will be requesting a complete refund.

Extremely Unsanitary Conditions – Left after 1 hr

This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Our first room was filthy—food and other stains on the floor, heavy dirt buildup. We requested a new room and were moved to a room across the hall, which smelled strongly of smoke, had visible stains on the carpet, and, most concerning, had bugs in both beds. My wife and son were bitten. The remote and phone were sticky and unhygienic. We left within an hour and requested a full refund. Absolutely unacceptable conditions. The pictures on the website are not remotely close to conditions at the hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Flight cancelled out of PHL late night. Chose the closest hotel to the airport to get to an early morning flight. I wish I hadn’t. The late night desk guy was nice enough to check us in at 1am but by the time you see the security cameras in the lobby and the bulletproof glass you know you’ve made a big mistake.

The beautiful pictures and long list of amenities in the advertisement and the reviews were for a different Hotel. Dirt on the floors and cockroaches in the bathroom added to the ambiance. Bed, linen, and towels were reasonably clean.

We will never back there

We really do not like our stay. It is totally different than the discription in Hotels.com. The breakfast do not exist. There are important wrong information in the site, like 1 minute from the airport and it is a lie. It is not a hotel but a motel. We never will come back.

Filthy disgusting hellhole

Disgusting hotel. I checked out after 15 mins. Front desk is behind protective glass, that should have been the 1st sign. Hallway carpets were filthy and crunched when you walked Hallway doors and walls had gouges in them. Floor in room was so sticky my flip flop stuck to the tile floor. Room had cigarette burns everywhere, including ceiling. Everything was old and coated in grime. Bathtub had kids toy left in it, at least I hope it was a kids toy. Too scared to touch the beds. Front desk woman was so rude, manager guy did not care that I left immediately due to filth. No amount of money would have made me stay there, sleeping in the terminal was a cleaner and safer option. Stay away.

The location was what you'd expect for a two star facility. The cleanliness was ok but the shower had a constant drip and the room look tired and older. The kitchen area had a full size fridge but it was an older white fridge the had scratches and dents. The stove was also older with just two cooking eyes and the counter top was laminate and cracked. There were also no utensils, cookware, plates or glasses in the cabinets with notes to "see the front desk" if needed. There also wasn't even the typical throw away individual wrapped throw away cups so there was no way to get water. The ac worked just fine. Obviously the facility is utilized by some type of government program as there was a lady in a mobility wheel chair out front along with another individual who obviously wasn't traveling. You could also see in some of the units from the parking lot that they were definitely "extended" stay rooms as there was a lot of "stuff" in these rooms. I heard a barking dog from one of the rooms on my floor a couple of times during the night. Also "breakfast" consisted of prepackaged breakfast bars and coffee that was only coffee in name. Also I'm expecting to see a charge for parking on my VISA card as apparently they charge for parking as well. All in all ... was it the best location I've stayed at? Absolutely not. Was it the worse? Absolutely not. It did offer a cheap place to spend the night before driving and moving on so take it for it is worth.

Worst place I ever been

The stove was absolutely filthy. The curtains had holes in it. The bedding was dirty, the toilet clogged, and they only had one plunger for the whole hotel. We had to wait for them to get it and then had to go downstairs for it, and I had to plunge the toilet Self in order to get clean towels. I had to take the dirty ones downstairs to get new ones there was no remote control for the TV. They said they only had limited remote controls the nerve to ask for $100 deposit. The bathroom was disgusting. I can go on. I am so upset. I stayed there with my two children came into town for a basketball game never again
