Unique cute hotel to stay;great energy even hotel rooms were small we loved this place. . Everything about the rooms was out of ordinary;great design and good feeling.Ladies in the Reception were great and very helpful.We loved comfy bed and nice linens.We would love to stay there again!Hotel has good location walkable to restaurants and stores but it is quiet.We could sleep with windows open which was priceless.

When entering the room, the power should have turned on when the room key was inserted into the holder. However, it was later revealed to be a contact failure, yet they irresponsibly blamed it on a regional power supply issue.

I loved this property. Nice breakfast offered and a comfortable room with a big king bed. The shower and toilet are in two separate closet type areas at the foot of the bed with the sink and vanity between them. A bit weird, but it works. My one complaint with this B&B as well as most of the B&B‘s in Crete was the plastic mattress protector that they use on the mattress. I can never sleep through the night without waking in a soaking sweat when they are used. I would like to suggest quilted fabric mattress protectors for the hotel. Much more upscale and can be laundered easily. It is a bit unfair to pick on this one Hotel regarding this issue because it exists in most of them. This hotel is in a great location and it’s a fun place to stay.

The specific booked room was amazing but unfortunately an issue with it didn’t allow us to stay. I must say that the evening duty manager (Stella) went above and beyond, doing everything possible to resolve this matter. She is a real asset to this organization. Congratulations Stella! Fantastic gem of a hotel in a neighborhood that seems to be gentrifying. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. It appears to be a young hip place to stay but also is popular among older travelers. The neighborhood is covered in graffiti but it seemed safe when we walked around at night. Close to the old town with many great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. Parking is a challenge but easy with patience.

Wonderful stay, couldn’t say enough good things. Location is good, close to many restaurants, sites and the bus. We took bus 6 from airport to Agios Minas (catherdral) and walked less than 5 minutes to hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. A big thank you to Stella, she was wonderful. Breakfast is plentiful, lots of options. The room was comfortable, the AC was quiet and worked well. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a fresh feel to it and was extremely comfortable after a long flight. The only issues were parking, but we did find a lot a few blocks away and also the flight of stairs up to our room, a little more than we were used to especially with luggage. Otherwise a really good find and we shall use it again.

Lovely hotel.

We arrived early and our room was not ready so we dropped off our luggage. It was busy so we were told to come back at 3om to check in. Unfortunately there wasn't a city map available but the staff guided us to the main church as a starting point. We were able to navigate from there easily enough.

This is a great place to stay when exploring Heraklion! Unique and beautifully decorated luxury appartments in the antique streets of Heraklion, with a fridge and coffee maker, a few meters away from bus stops and walkable to the city center and port of Heraklion. We took a bus here from the airport which was super cheap, quick and easy and a bus to Knossos palace.

Lap of luxury.

This motel is the lap of luxury. Unique features, modern decor, comfortable bed. The only suggestion is to provide real chairs on the balcony. The wood stumps are aesthetically cool, but not comfortable. Breakfast and coffee were excellent. Staff extremely helpful.

We had a lovely stay, quiet and clean with a very comfortable bed. The shower was great and the property is well located within a short 10-15 minute walk to most tourist destinations. We enjoyed the breakfast which was included in the room price. Our only criticism is that there is ample room for a couple of chairs and a small table but the only furniture is the bed. Despite this small inadequacy, we would certainly recommend this hotel as it is comfortable and enough off the beaten path for a quiet stay.

The room was spacious, featuring high-quality amenities and a well-designed interior. However, there were a few drawbacks. The shower tended to leak water outside, though this can be mitigated with careful use. Additionally, while the breakfast offerings were fresh, the variety was limited and could be improved. On a positive note, the coffee was excellent. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Didn’t have the best experience… number of issues from day 1, told we’d get some form of compensation but never did. Smaller issues came up throughout the stay which just contributed to the poor experience. Examples - water cut off two days in a row whilst mid shower, had to miss dinner reservations whilst waiting for it to be fixed, AC wasn’t working on day 1, had to ring multiple times to get someone to look at it, they weren’t entirely sure and said the ceiling fan would be enough which I pushed back on, miscommunication between staff - would agree something with one member of staff who wouldn’t pass it on so therefore I was having to call numerous times chasing things up or I would’ve ended up getting called and questioned (late checkout was agreed to a certain time, had a phone call twice during the time we were meant to have our room to ask us when we’re going)
