So the first room 220 had a spider on 1 of the pillows that was under the blankets.and i thought it was bedbugs so i went to the frontdesk and asked if they had problems with bedbugs and the guy said and i quote (no we have not had bugs lately)so we got a different room112, wich had 2 of the 3 bathroom lights burnted out and black mildue or mold in the corners up by the ceiling in the shower stall and yhere was a white strip at the bottom of the tub on the outside of it that looked horrible,and yhe screen was damaged very badly,but there was a brand new ac/ heat unit for the room and the pool was shut down by the city.

Expelled pest fogger in first room and chemical odor still heavy - moved to another room. Pool closed by health department. Breakfast sparse and some items stale. Lots of transients and garbage nearby. Beware!

I had a 2 bed queen. When I showed up they had me in a 1 bed queen. Super 8 said the only way we could get double queen’s was to rebook. So we did. When we finally got a room. We went up to 205, tried the keys. They didn’t work. I went back down stairs. The front desk remade the keys. I went back upstairs. Tried the keys again. This time two twenty-something girls answered the door. They had been occupying it. The front desk gave us a room that was occupied. The spa and pool was closed by the health department. The hallway looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days if not a week. There was no bathroom in the lobby. The whole process took 40-ish minutes with no bathroom. We had driven in from a 4 hour drive and needed to use the restroom. The whole hotel was dirty. With visible debris on the ground. Hotels.com should be embarrassed to have their brand and name associated with such a disorganized and dirty hotel.

Marginally acceptable housing

Sheets on one bed were not clean discovered only as climbing into bed for night very upsetting. Bldg & room very outdated. Sink has no stopper. Bed blanket has old cigarette burn holes in it. Unable to open window as screen is loose. Perhaps this is a bottom of the line facility.Making me nervous about other bookings I have made for this trip. Landscaping needs TLC!

I was charged for checking in online and then i had to check in again in person so i paid online for no reason. the bathroom in my room has weird black spots on the ceiling and walls not sure if that was mold but it grossed me out. and the TV didn't work. It is one of the cheaper hotels but they are still charging too much for poor conditions

Decent hotel. Restroom are not in great condition. Ours had vinyl floors in poor condition, caulking pulling far off the bathtub, very sticky sink faucet. Bed was good and room was clean.
