Not worth it

I stayed 2 nights, then down in Pueblo for 1 night, then back to this hotel for 1 more night. I had reserved a room with 1 bed, but got a room with 2 beds on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and a floor lamp for light in the bathroom. They did save a room on the 1st floor for my return trip, with working lights. The hotel is filthy, inside and outside around the grounds. Breakfast is a coffee machine and a waffle maker.

Waited in foyer after ringing bell for attendant for extended period of time called establishment from lobby no answer no one would come to desk, although I could clearly hear them snickering and whispering in the office. Had already booked online and paid without checking reviews only because WYNDHAM would never tarnish their Brand with a less then excellent property. I was disappointed to say the least. I mistakenly thought EXPEDIA would never offer such horrible experience to its members. It saddens me but i will honestly think twice before visiting WYNDHAM or using EXPEDIA again. Its shameful how the childish actions of a few employees that are lacking customer retention skills can ultimately hurt your bottom line.

The room I checked into had not been cleaned. I had to ask for new linen and towels. I couldn't use the shower curtain as the curtain rod was hanging off of the wall. There was makeup smeared in the sink that was never cleaned out. Maids came and went, but only the bed was straightened. There was no cleaning done. The recent? renovations were very poorly done and it shows. Very half assed in every way. I'm pretty sure the owners lived in the room above mine, as there were kids running around and music from a stereo system (definitely not the tv) could be heard day and night. I had to use my noise cancelling headphones and I could still hear it. The staff were very nice, accommodating (when asked), and respectful. The property was rough though.
