Refrigerator in 130 had black mold in it. The refrigerator and 211 had water in the drawer of the staff called me and was smart with me saying I didn't report that I had a dog and I did because they took 2 days charge which was $50 but they said I never said it. So how did they charge me if I didn't say I have a pet? The guy that checked us in told me he did tell me that pets couldn't be up on second floor but he didn't. He said where would the dog be staying? I said mine and my husband's room which was 211. He says we don't allow pets up there and I wrote it on the card I didn't eat any breakfast because I was so mad the way they treated us

Just overall not very clean, smelled like smoke, me and my family left a day early and the front desk ppl wouldn’t even consider giving a partial refund. There is no elevator and dimly lit parking lot, the whole place smelled weird and generally looked dated.

Staff did not work well with Expedia. Tried to charge us more upon checkout. Bathtub had markings in it, looked as though a child was left in it and marked up the bottom. Even though the facility is supposed to be smoke free, room wreaked of cigarette residual and possibly other misc substances. Cigarette burn mark on the sink. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were small and not comfortable at all. I wouldn’t stay here again if it was the last place open.

review that balances clarity, honesty, and impact: --- Mixed Experience — Great Staff, But Beware of Refund Policy The property was average overall, with a few highlights and several areas needing attention. The location is convenient, and the pool was clean, which we appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the environment quiet — both big pluses. Marie at the front desk was especially helpful and kind, which made a difference. However, the building itself could have used a deep clean. The tub was stained, windows were dirty, and the entrance lacked appeal. The AC worked but had broken front pieces, and the free breakfast was standard fare, nothing memorable. Our biggest issue was with the booking. We reserved 3 rooms for 3 nights but had to adjust due to emergencies — only needing 1 room for 1 night, another for 2 nights, and one for the full 3 nights. We notified the property in advance, but they refused to issue any credit or refund. That is unfair and, frankly, dishonest. Be cautious when booking — their policy may cost you. Definitely not Ramada or Holiday Inn Express, but cost was 50% also. On the bright side, Uber to the ballfields was easy and economical.
