Nice hotel near by downtown

The room is very clean and the staff is helpful. The sink in my room is plugged however the staff came to help as soon. Now they don't provide breakfast because of the virus.

First room assigned floor was dirty had hair and debris everywhere. Second room was the same so I told the guy apparently they don’t clean the floors, that I wanted it done the next morning. Afterwards looking at bed one of the bed sheets was dirty good thing we only needed one bed.

There was kids running around half the night over us and outside our room.The room was clean and everything we needed...just needs to be updated....no toothbrush at the front desk(I forgot mine).It's was within walking distance to everything downtown.

Clean your own floors.

Check in went smooth but when we got to room there was a filthy wash cloth in shower. Next morning I spilled some coffee, took towel to wipe it up and found floor was filthy also. Reported both to front desk. Cleaning came in again and floor was still dirty.

The girl that checked us in wasn’t friendly at all. She acted like she didn’t know what she was doing. The motel it self was clean and okay. Just getting in and out when you leave is hard.

I stayed once before at this property and it was great. But on the second time around, everything horrible. However, not enough stuff, the room was unmanaged need a upgrade. Paint coming off the wall, my bathroom was dirty had to buy cleaning supplies and cleaned it up myself. Had dirty pillows cases on my bed. Decided not to returned next season. 😒

The room was filthy! Hair all in the floor. Mold growing on most surfaces. Couldn’t even see out the window and the smell was damp and horrible. The breaker box was only covered with a piece of vinyl flooring stapled to the wall with breakers exposed. When we went to the front desk immediately after checking in we were told we would be given a full refund. Now they won’t answer any calls from myself or Expedia. We have tried numerous times and I am far beyond dissatisfied!
