Not a bad place to stay. It is geared more for workers that are in the area for a short time. Didnt get to do rhe breakfast due to a surgery check in but it sure smelled good on the way by. Pillows left a lot to be desired.

The lock didn't work on our door. Requested a room with a working lock. Person working came and checked to make sure the lock really didn't work. Deadbolt like lock still didn't work for him, but the flap to keep the door open did. Was told that would be fine to keep the door locked. Asked again for a room with a functioning lock. Was given key to a new room. The new room had dirty towels on the bathroom, and the bed did not appear to have been touched. It was obvious the room had not been cleaned. We requested our money back and went to another hotel. Had previously stayed when owned by flag point, quality inn was lacking in quality.

Very disappointed

When i got there for check-in and after paid he asked if i had dog i said yesterday but when i booked didn't say anything about extra charges so i had pay 25.00 out of pocket cash for my dog. And got very dirty stained up room and was told these are our rooms for pet owners.and rug was coming up trip couple times they didn't not give me extra towels we stayed 2 days then he pointed we only do housekeeping on Tuesday they never cleaned our room we had to dump our trash. breakfast was like supper foods only had dry eggs polish sausage and potatoes with bell peppers and bread and waffle machine..very disappointed in our stay there for price i paid. Name on motel didn't match the app .

A pleasant stay

The front desk staff were very friendly. Check-in process was quick and easy. We had a kingsize bed that was super comfortable. Our room was clean. Nice shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The breakfast had a nice variety of items to choose from including scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits with sausage gravy, shredded cheese, waffles, cereal, yogurt, milk, juice and coffee. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Don’t stay here!

Our room smelled like urine and the tile floor felt sticky and dirty. The bathroom light above the mirror was burned out, deadbolt didn’t work. The biscuits and gravy were cold and the scrambled eggs were watery mush. The lobby bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I don’t know how this place has a high rating because the desk people were unprofessional and wouldn’t even give me a partial credit

The staff were wonderful people. We had to leave early in the morning for check out and the breakfast was ready a half hour before posted hour: which was greatly appreciated. They also had some great recommendations for dinner.

Very Deceiving

We checked in pretty late in the evening. When we got to our room we discovered our tv didn’t work. They offered for us to change rooms but it was late and didn’t feel like moving everything we had already unpacked until we tried the shower and 1 the drain didn’t drain and 2 we couldn’t get the water to shut off. So we agreed to switch rooms by the time we got into our new room and settled it was close to 1 am. The new room wasn’t much better. Carpet was gross and coming up in some places. They clearly do not do any maintenance to any rooms. The shelf was broken the microwave sat on and was being held off the bottom by towels. One of the elevators didn’t wasn’t working. None of the ice machines worked in the hotel and there was a sign saying they had ice in the kitchen so when I asked they said sorry we ran out! This hotel is very deceiving! Looks great on the surface but then you get in and it’s one thing after another wrong! I included pictures from the first room we were in and the second. I told them I had a lot of food I needed to put in fridge as we were traveling for baseball and the 2nd room they put us in had a tiny fridge. When I told them I needed a bigger fridge they told me they only had one size fridge in the entire hotel which was not true. The first room had a bigger fridge. If they try to put you in room 404 don’t do it or 407. Like I said I do t think they do any maintenance!
