For starters, I don't understand how you would allow a room that has damage be available for service. The bathroom ceiling above the shower has a serious leak issue, where literally the ceiling is falling apart and was already falling apart. You could tell the level of care is poor, as a handyman my self, it clearly shows they continuously patch the area and don't take care of the leak itself. I even went to the front desk and the clerk didn't seem to be bothered by it, it also seemed that the clerk was one of the owners. He didn't even bother to ask to offer a discount or change, as his only remark was you wanted to king size bed. Then after said he would tell maintenance about the problem. I have photos and a video to show the extent of the area that is falling apart and damaged.
