This hotel was one of the most unprofessional and humiliating experiences I’ve ever had. At check-in, the staff told me they did not accept my card type — even though they clearly do. I was left embarrassed and stressed, treated as though I was the problem.
To make it worse, instead of apologizing, the staff member attempted to gaslight me, later claiming she “made it work for me” when in fact the card should have been accepted from the beginning. There was no accountability, no courtesy, and no respect shown to me as a guest.
A hotel stay should make you feel welcomed and secure — not traumatized, shamed, and dismissed. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering this hotel to take their business elsewhere.
