This hotel can be described as "tired". It is adequate and safe. But the rooms could be updated with better windows for ease of closing and opening. Showers/beds are small. It is just an older feel to the place. It is what it is. Door locks are a bit loose. Comfortable enough. Centrally located in the city. You code the elevators from the outside and there is no need to push your floor once inside the elevator. This is a cool feature. Breakfast is plentiful and a big, comfortable dining room. Only one set of waters per stay. You have to pay for added waters in the room after the first day.

Hotel was overall nice but the check in staff was rude and unfriendly and they charged us more than what was originally disclosed and when we protested they said "this is the price, do you want the room or not??" what were we to do having traveled thousands of miles to get there. he bait and switch left us with a poor taste for the entire stay

Excellent breakfast buffet, large swimming pool, good gym, excellent location close to Haifa Zoo and near a shopping / dining area. The hotel doesn’t have a parking lot so have to park outside the premise. Used the Pango app to pay a small fee for parking at a nearby location marked in blue and white on street curb.

Checked in and went to bed. room was tiny but accepted it. Woke up in morning and went to shower before a key day of business meetings and shower was broken with no button to pull out to make the shower head work. Had to us the handheld and very hard to shower and got water all over the bathroom. They fixed it the next day and when I asked for my breakfast to be complementary based on a horrible shower the manager gave me 20% off breakfast. Very poor decision outside the fact a paid for a buffet breakfast and only had a cup of coffee and some scrambled eggs from the buffet as I had to rush to meetings given the poor shower experience that delayed me. Amazing how they did not accommodate my request and they should have offered something before I even asked. Thumbs down to management decision. Will never stay in a dan again anywhere in the country based on this lack of care for guests.

Atrium Heathrow was very convenient for us as a stop over point in London between flights. Still within the Heathrow tube zone so there is no fee and the station is literally across the street from the hotel.Stayed there three different times over three weeks.Hotel and staff were 👍😃.

Hôtel sympa. Mais mal expliqué concernant la vue. J’ai loupé le coucher de soleil Très bon petit déjeuner mais aussi bien et mes amis ont a remarqué que le personnel n’était pas super sympa et alors que c’est un petit déjeuner buffet il scrutait ce qu’on prenait et si on revenait au buffet. Pas aimé cette ambiance surtout que rien n’était dans l’excès de notre côté. Pas agréable du tout!!! Ceci étant l’hôtel est sympa et c’est pas pour une personne que je vais casser la note.

A very old hotel in good condition. It wasn’t a luxury experience though we paid 1700 NIS per night. We had a room for three though only two towels provided. Breakfast was nice but very packed and hard to navigate around the buffet. Good coffee and nice pool which the kids enjoyed. The kids room is nothing to he looking forward to.
