Clean, hot showers, comfy beds

I don't know why this hotel doesn't have better ratings, it has always been nice and clean every time I've stayed, the shower is hot, the beds are comfortable and the staff very friendly. Some of the rooms have older showers but they are always clean. This motel is a great value for the money.

We always stay here when traveling. The rooms are plain but always clean and comfortable. Michele at the front desk is always friendly and goes out of her way to help when asked for anything. She always has a smile.

Budget is the word

Budget is the word. Clean and beds were comfortable but had to be the smallest, thinnest towels we’ve ever seen. Pet rooms are on the 2nd floor but no elevator to bring stuff to room. Also doesn’t appear to be any security access so anyone can enter the building at any time

Exceptional Motel6

It was an extremely clean location considering it is Motrl6. Recently renovated and we can see no stain or smell no pet odor at all not only in our room not also at hallway. Absolutely can recommend for stay in Springfield area.

I reserved a king when I got there I was told there was none that they would give me two queens. My husband is a big man over 300 pounds. When we got to the room, we were so tired that we took showers and then actually looked at the bed and they were too full size beds. Me and my husband never sleep in separate beds, so just imagine how uncomfortable it was. The guy that checked us in was very inconsiderate. The young lady in the morning apologized and I appreciated it. However, it didn’t take away from the uncomfortable stay

Staff was friendly, rooms were spacious and lots of parking for trailers. Hotel was next to other hotels, gas stations, restaurants. AC blew cold. King bed was comfortable despite looking like it might not be. We had 3 complaints 1) bathroom floor was dirty- dirt in corners and hair (not ours) by floor outside shower stall. Shower curtain was torn at the top and had mold stains on the bottom hem 2) they entire vinyl plank floor had severe water damage or was laid incorrectly. It had huge gaps, creaked and moved up and down when you walked on it, and looked like it had film on it- I kept my shoes on the whole time. There was a plug in air freshener that was so overwhelming that we unplugged it. We didn’t smell mildew or mold in the morning after unplugging it. 3) We had an emergency exit door right outside our room in the hallway that was propped open since we arrive at 4pm til we got back around midnite. Despite the desk clerk having security cameras facing him at the desk he could not see the door being open. When we told him he told us to close it. That was creepy. Wish our room had been cleaner & the floor not so messed up as we come to the area often and felt safe there.
