Had a lovely time in The Knot for our first time in Sapporo. Location is really good. Everything is just doenstairs and walking distance. Loved the coins during our stay which we were able to exchange for free meals. My husband was able to try japanese whiskey with the coins.

Extremely convenient location with direct access to the underground walkway and shops. Susukino district is only a couple of blocks away with some amazing eateries. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful in holding our luggage for a couple of days as we did some out of town trips here and there.

I'm a fan of Japanese spa and there was a good one not too far from this hotel, literally in the heart of the city with all shops and restaurants around the hotel within walking distance. There's a mega Don Quijote shop literally opposite the hotel which is a bonus, as well as a Doutor (very nice coffee shop) literally downstairs. The room was excellent and the cleanest I've experienced in Japan, which has high cleaning standards. The Knot was perfect, I'll remember for next time I visit Sapporo, since I loved it.
