Deal Breaker

It’s a deal breaker solely because solely because of what we encountered in the shower. I just wouldn’t stay there again because if this was left unclean, who knows what else was. There was a wad of hair on the shower drain. There was some other dirt stains in the tub. Listen, I hate writing negative reviews, but this was gross! There was also a trash container by the stairs with trash stacked on top. The front desk manager graciously gave us another room. He even forwarded the photo of the shower drain I showed him to what I’m guessing was the housekeeping manager. No problems with the face to face interaction with the staff. The beds were very comfortable. There is just that one thing that would prevent me from going back. Yuck!

Poor

While I expect modest accommodations for the price there are some basics that were not acceptable. The bathroom was dirty, looked like blood stains on the wall. The floor was filthy, hadn’t been mopped in ??? Back door had boards falling off the trim. I would expect better from a Wyndham property.

Absolutely disgusting, ceiling was leaking, clumps of human hair in the hallway, our bedding was dirty and damp and it was overall filthy. We didn’t feel safe, the door was also broken. Avoid this hotel.

Common areas of the hotel were not kept at comfortable temperatures. The common area bathroom wasn't kept clean and had no paper towels during our stay. Not much of a breakfast, waffles, yogurt, cereal. Front desk employees(I think were the owners) not very friendly

Awful Experience!!!

Unfortunately my time was not the best experience. We had dirty sheets, a dirty shower, the room smelt like it was mopped with a dirty mop, and on too of all of that in the middle of the night water started leaking from one of the light fixtures. When we asked for a refund, we were told that since we booked through a third party that they could not issue a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

You get what you pay for. Crap.

I just want to say, this may be one of the worst experiences I’ve had at hotels, and I have stayed at many. I thought it would be nice to do a short getaway with my kids, and it has instead become a train wreck. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel, was the photos of the pool and hot tub. When we arrived we found out that the hot tub is broken. On our way to the room, the smells in the elevator and the hallways were atrocious. There are things leaking out of the ceiling in the hallways, and random buckets sitting there to catch the leaks. We get into our room and it is like an ice box. It was set to 60°. When we turned it up, we learned the reason it was set so low, is that obviously things are not properly insulated, so the humidity in the room became intolerable at warmer temperatures (and by warmer I mean at just 64 degrees). Our blankets, pillows, carpet were all quite damp due to that. So we basically slept in a wet icebox. The Internet is useless, I have had to use the hotspot data from my phone to make anything work, including the TV. I tried calling down to the front desk to ask about the Internet, and the phones don’t work. I walked down to ask about the internet, and was told that they have no issues with the Internet, and there’s nothing that he can do about it.I wrote the hotel about the issues and never received a response from them either.

The hot tub was out of service. The breakfast offered little in the way of protein. There were items missing (shampoos, pool towels) that were necessary for our stay. It was very difficult to block out light with their curtains. The internet and therefore the twlevision were in and out all night long.
