Wouldn't recommend

Service was good overall. It was very dirty and smelled. Carpets were filthy. Hotel room was not clean, beds were very uncomfortable. AC was loud we had a hard time sleeping. No additional outlets for charging your phone or plugging in your computer. Pool area seems like it was kept up. Had a lot of stores and food areas to eat nearby.

This hotel was a dump!

This place was horrible!! Both beds had sink holes in the middle of them, the walls and ceilings needed painted, the bathroom looked like it had dried puke on the wall, the carpets were severely stained. I can't believe Wyndham associates their name with this place. The reviews I read are either way out dated or fake. The hotel is in a great location but it needs a major overhaul. I would NOT recommend staying here.

Don’t Stay Here!

The reviews for this place were decent so we decided to stay for one night prior to our cruise, but we wish we would’ve spent a little more money to stay somewhere else. The beds were very hard and sunken in. Water pressure in the shower was very poor. Breakfast didn’t look appetizing at all. Saw lots of tiny bugs crawling around our room prior to check out, ugh. Won’t be back.

Just ok

Front desk lady I believe she was a manager was wonderful. There was a guy there who was ok just seemed lost. Elevator is scary and out of date for expection. Everything was ok nothing special with the place it was convenient to the highway and all stores. Pool was warm.

Do Not Stay Here

After waiting several minutes at the front desk and no one there, I yelled "hello?" and a gentleman came from the back. He was not friendly and did everything extremely slow. When my family and I (myself, husband, and 2 teenagers) opened our door, a dog started barking loudly in the next room. He continued to bark for several mins and there room was adjoined to ours. He barked on and off throughout the night, but not for long periods of time. I sent my daughter to the front desk to ask for an extra pillow and blanket and she was told they didn't have any left. Our bathroom was dirty and the top blankets appeared to be dirty as well (i always take those off anyways, but still gross). We were only there to sleep so we quickly went to bed and got up early for breakfast and to leave. Breakfast wasn't great either. Staff was rude when I asked for more napkins and items were not refilled evem though there were a couple hours left until breakfast was over. Do not recommend.

Dirty and dated

The property was filthy. Moldy room, hair was in the towels and shower, boogers were on the door, furniture didn't match, mattress was old with a body divot in it and you could feel the springs, fruit punch was spilled behind the back of the door. Trash bags (not mine) were in the hallway for over 12 hours. The elevator also didn't work properly. There was a dehumidifier in the room, but it was still moist. I couldn't sleep and I was sick from the mold and moisture.
