Awful Awful Awful

This hotel was awful. The bed was very uncomfortable and had high pitched very very loud squeaking every time you moved slightly. There was hair in the bathroom. The water in the shower came out in a trickle. There was no conditioner in the shower the bottle was empty. The room had half repairs done everywhere, where they painted and repainted water damaged areas and where molding had been removed but not replaced. The next morning there was a couple next door screaming at each other very loudly.

Terrible stay

This place was disgusting. The pictures are highly edited and do not show the level of filth that they have. So many broken things. Broken glass picture, broken light switches. Terrible paint job. Roach poop on the ceiling. The caulking looks like it was done by a 5 year old and then never cleaned since then. Walking on the floor in the room turns your feet back. The smell was very strong of incense. I have never stayed at such a bad La Quinta.

Would not recommend

Location and exterior of property were great. Check in process was extremely fast. My room was really gross. There was dust, hair, trash left around the room. The room was damp/moist that all the towels remained wet at all times. They were wet when I arrived. The dampness caused a lot of rusting on objects (like lamps, faucets, etc). Large gap under the main door that made me rather uncomfortable. I don’t know if this was what all the rooms looked like or if I was given a gross room because I traveled with a pet. Either way, it was the worst La Quinta room experience I’ve had to date.

I was down there for a volunteer shift for the world games. We got finished early on one day and I checked in early with a fee of $40. When we got to our room our television did not work and the towels were not placed in there either. We called the front desk and they swapped rooms for us. The TV did work however the bed made a terrible noise anytime you moved. It sounded like a metal baking sheet being hit. The rooms were not clean and there were long black hairs everywhere in the room. It was okay night but definitely would not stay there again.

Looked like a new tub, new sink area, possibly even a new toilet. Dove products on the wall above the tub was nice. Only a small amount of body wash was left, but a mini Dove bar of soap was at the sink that we utilized. Quiet stay. Very thankful for that. For the price, was very good. Would return if needed to do so.

Building is old and dirty. Definitely not the norm for a stay at a La Quinta. Kids running up and down the hallway all hours of the night and a party going on in the parking lot. Not much rest for travelers!
