Be aware, this is not your typical downtown hotel. Communication was poor from the start—they never responded to my calls or emails, unlike the other hotels I booked. On arrival, there were no staff present. We struggled with the kiosk check-in, called the number with no answer, and finally found a valet who couldn’t help. After waiting another 10 minutes, the front desk attendant finally arrived, but was dismissive and unprofessional. When my partner voiced concern about the long wait and lack of communication, the attendant responded rudely, saying, “That’s how it is in America.” At that point, we canceled our stay.
