After my stay I discovered that there are numerous negative reviews describing the same issues, which clearly indicates that you were already aware of these conditions. By continuing to accept consumer payments and deny refunds, you are complicit in perpetuating this scam. Lastly, I am actively exploring the possibility of a class action lawsuit against you and 41 Lakefront Hotel for the repeated pattern of negligence, deception, and the mental and emotional distress caused to myself, my wife and other consumers before and after us. If there is a pathway to hold you legally accountable, I will ensure it is pursued. Denying me a refund under these conditions clearly shows how much you value profits over the health and safety of consumers who blindly trust they are getting a value out of their stay based on the newly $400 a night room we paid. All of you are disgusting human beings and I will not sleep until you get everything that is coming to you for your lawless actions. So help me God I will not let this rest until you are all fined, jailed or shutdown. And if that fails to happen I hope your offspings pay a lifetime for your sins - all of you involved!
