Nice hotel but room was too hot and street noise

This hotel is conveniently located and seems quite new. The breakfast spread was incredible, parking was easy, and the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel restaurant was also quite good. We stayed in March, during Ramadan. Unfortunately the room was extremely warm (26 Celsius) and we could not adjust the temperature. The staff offered us a room on a lower floor, but we checked and these rooms were equally warm. I slept with the window open, but the noise from the street (motorcycles, mosques and the Ramadan drumming at 3:00 am) made it hard for me to get a good night of sleep. It seemed odd that the hotel could not turn off the central heat to make the rooms (and frankly the entire building) more comfortable. It was 70 (Fahrenheit) outside during the day.

Otel odasına geldiğimizde, bizden önce içilmiş yarım su şişeleri yatağın başındaydı. Banyo havluları katlanmış fakat ıslaktı. Duş jeli kutusu boştu. söylememe rağmen doldurulmadı. Otel terliği paketten tek çıktı. bu da söylendi ama giderilmedi. İlk kez geldiğim Gaziantep te pazar günü gezmek için geç check-out rica ettim otel dolu olmamasına rağmen 30 dakika ilave süre verdiler. :)

Otelde geçen yıl konaklayıp memnun kaldığım için yeniden burayı tercih ettim. Seyahatinin ilk gününde aşağı katlardan oda verildi ve yoldan geçen araçların gürültüsü pek uyutmadi beni. Ayrıca temizlik konusunda da biraz eksiği vardı. Ertesi gün durumu resepsiyondaki yetkiliye bildirdiğimde baya bir ilgilendi ve bir çok konuda yardımcı oldu. Oda değisikliği talebimi olumlu karşıladıkları ve burayı gerçekten beğendiğim için konaklamamı bir gün daha uzattım. Kahvaltıda yeterince seçenek var ve her kesime hitap edecek şey var. Genel olarak ben memnunum. Bir daha buraya gelirmiyim samimixe belirtiuorumki evet yeniden tercihim. olur
