This place is clean, friendly, and located right next to campus, State Street, Lake Mendota, and the Mendota Terrace... all the best parts of Madison. Decent coffeeshop right in the lobby, and pretty quiet despite being at the end of frat row. Fun decor if you went to Madison, but a perfectly nice hotel even if you didn't. I used the fitness center... it was very small, but I had it to myself and all the equipment worked perfectly!

This hotel is adjacent to the UW Madison campus - right off of state street, with lots of restaurants - very college kid area. For my husband who went to UW Madison 40 years ago, this was a great stay - and for me and our daughter, a great chance to see the places he remembers from college. Hotel is cute, staff is super helpful and friendly, rooms were interesting and clean. A cute stay right next to the College campus.
