We had a wonderful time. Hotel Britannia is located in a fantastic neighborhood near the Opera house, shopping, and plenty of good restaurants. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the major historic sites of Rome.

Great location. Near transport links. Staff at hotel were exceptional, very helpful. Good breakfast each morning included. Remember hotel is an older building. Small lift ( a bonus in this type of building), and small overall. Room was compact but comfy. Minimal areas outside of room.

I had such a wonderful stay here for my first time in Rome! The location was absolutely perfect just steps from Termini Station and close to the buses, which made getting around the city so easy. It was also near great shopping areas, yet still quiet and peaceful at night. The staff were very welcoming and even let me check in early, which I really appreciated. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel’s location and service made my trip stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Staff very excellent both Mariana (?) and Jorge at front desk, especially nice and helpful and knowledgeable. But.. Very very disappointed that new ownership has downgraded the breakfast to be awful and cheapest quality possible. This hotel used to have a very good home-cooked food and wide selection of quality pastries and salami for breakfast. Unfortunately for this reason we won’t be staying here anymore or recommending it to anyone.
