The front desk refused to answer questions when I called to ask how to find their shuttle from the airport, putting me on hold several times before I could ask for the info.
The person who checked us in seemed like she would have preferred to be anywhere other than working the front desk. When asked where we might get a bite to eat, she failed to mention the hotel next door. Instead, we took an Uber to a different hotel (and had a nice meal there).
No one seemed to be able to explain how to get onto their WiFi system from a Windows laptop. I figured that one out myself, eventually.
When I asked to speak to the manager (to report that the airport shuttle area did not include the hotel's name on its list of hotels served, necessitating yet another phone call, which at least was answered this time), I was told there was no manager on duty.
Bottom-line, an okay place to stay if you don't have any other alternative. But not up to the typical Fairfield standard.
