Light Service Means NO SERVICE
During checkin, the person at reception explained that it would be light service, which is fresh towels, trash removal, & a coffee supply refresh. We stayed 3 nights and no one ever came to service our room. By the time we left, all trash cans were full and over flowing. We had to go to the front desk every night for towels as the pile of used and wet towels in the bathroom & under the sink expanded.
The front desk staff were polite and professional. They apologized, but nothing was done to address our issue. Putting a note for the next day did not result in a change.
It’s a nice hotel and I usually enjoy my stay and receive good service. However I probably won’t stay at this hotel again.
