I was given a suite which was huge but the dead bolt on the door did not work. Instead the door had two manual latches. The room itself looked pretty run down but the bed was comfortable. The elevator did not work which posed a problem for me since I was 4 weeks post-op from hip replacement surgery. I can't comment on the breakfast since I did not partake.

The elevator was broke. The rooms stank and felt dirty. The A/C rattled and didn’t feel like it was cooling. We checked out in less than 30 minutes and booked another hotel. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly.

Repeat customer. Large comfortable rooms. Very convenient to hospitals and dining options. NOTE: The elevator will not be functional till February. If you have any mobility issues request a first floor room when booking.

Very run down hotel. This place needs upgraded in a bad way. Semi clean rooms. The elevater was broke. Only one set of stairs in the corner. any metal fixed to walls was extremely corroded and rusted. (sprinklers, door locks, lights by bed) Asked for extra towels and the guy at the front said I had to bring the old ones, wouldnt give me any extra than then what we had. Asked at check in about restaurants and he said nothing around here, need to go to the city......... there were multiple choices within walking distance. Breakfast was very limited. I wouldn't stay here again. Do not recomend.

The breakfast was so poor that I overheard a fellow guest refer to it as disgusting. The one hot dish was mere scraps at 7:45 am and was never refilled again. You were limited to basically just waffles.

The hotel has black mold! It was in the wall, under the AC units, on the bathroom blow dryer. They don’t treat it they clorox it and paint over it. They wouldn’t refund my money but they put me in a “cleaner” room where mold was on the curtains. The best thing about the hotel was the young man working trying his best to make me happy although the owner wouldn’t refund my money!

L'accueil pour le check-inn a été froid. La jeune femme à l'accueil n'a pas été agréable. Nous sommes arrivés à 14h30, elle nous a dit de façon désagréable que le check-inn se faisait à 15h. Nous sommes revenus à 15h00 prendre possession de la chambre et là ce n'était pas possible. Odeur de moisi, tête de lit gonflé par l'humidité d'où l'eau ressort en pressant un papier dessus, moisissures en formation sur les murs, vitres extérieures jamais nettoyées, rideaux sales, appareils de la salle de sport déplorable. Nous avons dû annuler notre réservation pour problème de santé. Hôtel à rénover d'urgence. Un geste commercial a quand même été fait car notre deuxième nuit d'hôtel nous a été remboursée et nous les en remercions.

Awful experience

Terrible experience. Food tasted old and facility smelled musty, elevator floor looked like someone had been sick and it was only partially cleaned up/smeared. Storm rolled through the second day and discovered water coming through the window/wall into my room and soaking the carpet. Room also had roaches. When I mentioned these issues at checkout, I was told the manager would contact me but have heard nothing.

Overall the stay is good. The staff however is a bit off. One morning all I wanted was towels to be changed out so I handed the cleaning man, which is the cook and receptionist as well, my towels said he would drop off the towels later. Weird...why would he come to my room to clean without any towels? When we returned no towels. I went down to the receptionist he shows up and stated he left the towels. Started arguing with me stating he left them...I think cause his accent was really heavy. After about 3 minutes he finally gave me the towels. Just odd that he would come to my room in morning without any towels...
