I was not happy as I was provided wrong information upon check in. At check in I was asked if I was a Marriott bonvoy member I would be awarded points for my stay. I said I was however I did not have information on hand and the guest agent said even if I provide the information at check out, it would added and I would get my points. Upon check out I provided the information and the guest agent said, unfortunately I will not get any points as it was booked through a third party. My question is if that was the case, why was I told that I would get the points. Another piece of miscommunication upon checknin was I was told that Breakfast was included and was told the time however next morning when I confirmed with the guest agent,she said breakfast was not included and we have to pay separately. This whole check in process was a bad experience. Stay was comfortable though. Room was good and check out was okay.

When I booked the hotel, it said breakfast was included and there was an airport shuttle, but when we arrived, they told us that breakfast was an extra $20 per person per day and the shuttle didn't work like other hotels… you have to call the hotel to arrange a pickup, and it's an additional charge if you didn't include it in your reservation. We had to wait an hour and a half before we even knew we had to call! And the ride from the airport to the hotel on the hotel shuttle took 35 minutes!

We experienced a website fault in booking on hotel.com There was an errorNovember 2nd to November 3rd at Four Points by Sheraton. Email confirmation received today indicating the error showing November 1st to November 2nd. Hotels.com says they can refund, but the hotel says they won’t or at least provide a room on date requested at a reduced price. This leaves us paying for a hotel room that we never stayed at due to the incorrect dates.

Room smelled musty and gross. The bed looked like it had been slept it. There were stains on the sheets. We tried calling guest services and housekeeping but the phone didn’t work. We would have left but after 20 hrs of travelling we just didn’t have any more energy to find another hotel that night.
