1. FIRST Hotels.com had overbooked our room. We paid for a suite (which we REALLY needed!!) They did not have a suite available for us when we arrived due to overbooking. We were staying for 3 days!
I need to get a refund.
The rest of the issues are with the hotel itself. It deserves fewer stars than are on your website!!
2. Our room was extremely musty smelling. They had dehumidifiers along the hallway and 2 in our room. Evidently water damage from previous storms was not mitigated as it should have been.
3. The sink had a crack and we had to put the trash can under it to catch the water. If not there was a puddle on the floor.
4. The sink was extremely slow draining
5. The outlet and light fixture where the coffee was to have been plugged in had no power to it.
We are seniors and had unloaded the car when we got to the room. We just dealt with the problems but will never stay at a Baymont Inn again
