The road itself is conveniently located and easily accessible from/to meeting points for tours. The facility is beautifully kept, clean, safe, but the most important thing was how helpful and kind the staff were during our short stay. Ibrahim is absolutely a gem and a cool guy! We were leaving very early in the morning on our checkout day and he made a point to come out and wave good bye to us.

The accommodation is a wonderful traditional Riad, room was very clean and spacious. Special mention to Ibrahim who went above and beyond, arranging transport from and to the airport and providing many recommendations for sightseeing and eating. Nothing was too much trouble.

We had the best stay at Riad Azura! Our room was super clean and charming. The bed was incredibly comfortable especially having finished a trip to Merzouga. Above all, Ibrahim was an absolutely the highlight of the stay. He is friendly and made sure to make us feel comfortable. He was kind enough to let us stay in the Riad until our flight late at night. Thank you so much Ibrahim!

The hotel is very nice the owner is amazing and breakfast is nice and the room is nice I highly recommend getting picked up to find the location is a little confusing but after that it’s good not much restaurants near by but 10-15 walk there are lots the owner recommended an amazing local restaurant

Our stay at Riad Azrur was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the staff (Ibrahim) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were always ready with helpful tips and insider tricks for navigating the city, which made our time in Marrakech so much easier and more enjoyable. Anytime we needed something—whether it was advice, directions, or assistance—they were there instantly with a smile and a solution. Our room was wonderful with an excellent bath and great AC. Bed was very comfortable and the main courtyard was serene with its fountain and singing birds. Ibrahim was an excellent host and arranged an alternative excursion when our other supplier fell through. He also coordinated taxis and laundry for us I would highly recommend Riad Azrur to anyone visiting Marrakech.

We wanted to get a more local feel to our four night trip to Marrakesh, so opted to stay in a riad rather than a hotel. We are pleased that we chose the Riad Azrur for our stay. Ibrahim, who manages the riad on a day to day basis was a great host and a source of information. Ibrahim helped us download and install the Maps.me app which has offline maps of Marrakesh. The riad isn't accessible to cars. We were in the room Bab Aylan. The room is en-suite and the bedroom is air conditioned. There is a safe in the room for your personal belongings. There's no TV in the bedroom, but there is one available in the common area off the courtyard. The bedroom window faced the wall on the other side of the alley, but let in enough light and didn't feel obtrusive. The one downside was that the shower would run hot and cold, but wasn't a problem once you got used to it. The private roof terrace has 4 sunbeds and two seating areas and an outdoor shower. Also on this floor is a massage room and indoor toilet and shower. The riad was within 30 minutes walk of all the major sights, many of which required walking through the souks (so the mapping app proved essential to avoid getting lost and worked very well offline). Ibrahim arranged for our transport back to the airport and it was nice of him to also send us a message after we got home, hoping we had a safe trip. I highly recommend this riad for a relaxing home from home experience.

Ibrahim was a great host! Such a lovely and helpful person. We were greeted with traditional tea and biscuits and he explained to us which sites we should see as well as giving food recommendations. The riad is very beautiful and it has a gorgeous rooftop too. It is in a perfect walking distance to the main sites. The breakfast was delicious as well- different types of fresh traditional moroccon bread with jams and butter as well fresh orange juice and teas and coffee.

Ibrahim a été absolument exceptionnel tout au long de notre séjour. Il était extrêmement gentil, serviable et attentif à chacun de nos besoins. Toujours disponible, il nous a donné de précieux conseils, nous a aidés à réserver des taxis, et a fait tout son possible pour rendre notre expérience inoubliable. Schon bei der Anfahrt bekamen wir per WhatsApp vom Riad-Inhaber einen Tipp für einen guten und relativ nahen Parkplatz. Wir wurden in dem wunderschönen Innenhof des riads mit Tee und Gebäck empfangen. Dabei erfolgte auch der Check-In und wir bekamen viele hilfreiche Informationen, selbst für die weitere Route, die wir auch genutzt haben und wirklich toll waren. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das servierte Frühstück ist mehr als landesüblich. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Riad Azrur. The Riad is located in a small alley (not uncommon) in the Medina area of Marrakech, within walking distance of all of the major highlights in that part of town. There are also ample taxis and a lot of local shops nearby. The rooms are spotless. The true gem, however, is the manager, Ibrahim. He will make you feel like family from the moment you arrive. He went above and beyond to make us breakfast on days we needed to be out early, programmed our phones so we had all the local maps and included highlights to see, and helped us navigate the city. Also, Ibrahim makes the best tea! Highly recommend this property.
