Horrible bathroom

Bathroom was moldy and it was not possible at all to close the bathroom door, the door did not fit and i can only assume it was due to water damage expanding the door. There was holes in the walls around the bathtub and it smelled bad. The room itself was OK, and beds were OK, but the bathroom was horrible. On the plus-side, the hotel is very central and it is very easy to get around as public transportation is right outside.

Don't do it to yourself

Terrible. Nothing like the pictures, it was dirty. Don't bear footed in the room, my son found rubbish around his day that wasn’t ours. The shower holder was so low, most people could only wash their waist down. The shower curtain and beds were a new level of stained and grim. The window didnt close and toilet seat was sat next to the toilet broken. The beds were a mixture of incredibly hard and incredibly soft. None of them were comfortable and follows were near non existant. Definitely not worth the money, I have stayed in significantly better hostels. I wish I had taken photos.

Ah ils ont fait un grand hall d'accueil plutôt très correct mais il n'y a que cela. La chambre était petite, salle (le ménage n'est clairement pas fait vu qu'il y avait de la poudre de platre dans le placard, des restants de déchets du locataire précédent, les toilettes pas propres, etc...), bruyante / très mal insonorisée et équipée d'un matelas a ressorts des années 1900... Le tarif est attractif mais ce ne vaut même pas xela..
Ménage non fait, c'est clair..

Bad room. Services subpar. Grubby. Rundown.

A place just to sleep and thats it? Sure. Everything else. Pretty bad tbh. A really rundown hotel that feels and looks like it needs a complete renovation. Had to sleep with the windows open as it was so warm. Then had the traffic noise to tend with or sweat with the humidity of the room. Toilet had to wait ages to refill after a flush. Sink backed up twice. Stinked up the room. Only two plug sockets. One was bad. Had to ask for more towels after a full day without any new ones. The elevators : one was broken, the other was tiny and awkward. Barely fit two people and two bags. The hallway doors were heavy, noisy and cumbersome to move open and squeeze through. Not good for the elderly. The bathroom was grubby and the room floor, I wouldnt walk around in my bare feet without feeling to wash em afterwards. Had a fire alarm wake us at 6:40 am. Everything was confusing to do. No headcount or assurances. Guy at desk was at a loss what to do.

More like a hostel.

The place was more like a hostel then a hotel. Lift was old and tape over the buttons for some reason. Dirty everywhere apart from the reception. The public toilet on in the basement was terrible. Reception staff were ok but anyone else looked at you like dirt. Its cheap. That is the only reason to stay. I would never take kids there.

Decevant par rapport aux photos affichées sur hotel.com. Chambre très bruillante avec fenêtres donant sur 2 modules extérieur de climatisations brillants. Chambre non climatisée Chambre sale sans menage quotidien. Salle de bain très sale avec moisissures et rideau de baignoire moisis.

Bonjour, Je vous contact au sujet de mon dernier séjour au Lily hotel londres Voyage nᵒ 72063047336581, je vous informe que l'hôtel est infect, l'état de la chambre était horrible avec des traces de mains sur les murs, la salle de bain elle avait des fuites au niveau de la douche ainsi que la chasse d'eau, nous n'avons pas eu de serviettes de 2 jours et nous étions obligés d'aller les demander à l'accueil. Les 2 ascenseurs étaient en panne le matin du 2 éme jours alors que la veille seul 1/2 fonctionnait. Payer 222,35 € pour un hôtel dans cet état est absurde, je suis client HOTEL. com depuis un moment déjà et je suis très au-dessus de cet hôtel. Je réclame donc un remboursement de ma réservation pour ce séjour. Dans l'attente d'un retour de votre part.

OK If you just need a place to sleep

Needs refurbishing. Shower mount was broken and water was too hot to stand under. Wooden floors in room didn't feel clean. Lift is small and smelled bad. Only stay here if you need the location and somewhere cheap. For not much more though you could get a brand name hotel.

Nightmare hotel. DO NOT STAY THERE

It was the worst experience ever. The pictures of the hotel is a scam and far from reality. Me and family arrived in the evening. I have 2 teenager, a 5 year old and a 7 months baby. We had to find another hotel and left after 5 mins.we dis not believe our eyes It was extremely fillthy with stains all over the place, windows broken and repaired with tape, cealling was falling apart with huge holes repaired with duct tape, no aircon and around 40 degrees Celsius in cooridors and rooms, bath extremely fillthy and destroyed, walls fillthy and with openings and I could keep going. It looked as something from a horror movie and you cannot believe. Elevator/lift one of two was broken and other open between Wall and the elevator it looked scary and it actually stopped and needed assistance to move.. it is actually hard to believe this and Hotels.com should never advertise for this nightmare.
