Needs lots of maintenance

The first room we had smelled bad like mildew and mold from the air conditioner and carpet. The second room wasn't much better. On the 3rd night we moved to a upstairs room was much better smelling except when taking a shower the water did not drain well. They need to clean and maintain the air conditioning units better. Will never stay there again. If you have any allergies or asthma do not stay there. 3 rooms in 3 night's my wife and I are not very picky people but i never though it would be this bad.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. We read the reviews before booking & decided to book our stay. It's extremely dated, smelled bad, stained carpet, dated, dated, dated. The window sills were dirty. We decided to open the window for fresh air because it was cool outside & that's when I noticed all the dirt. We were not able to check in the front of the building due to the breezeway being hit by a tall truck. (No clearance check) That wasn't their fault but it certainly didn't help any.

Better than it appears

We were here for a quick overnight stay. It was ok for that. The hotel needs updating and a refresh in the lobby and rooms. The room was clean and the bed was comfy, but it just looks old, especially in the bathroom. The outside needs landscape work, too. Everything is so overgrown.

Not worth the money

Beds hard, toilet too low and had to flush three times and toilet still didn't go down. Danish at breakfast was put out frozen. Check in was too long and when we got to the room the key wouldn't open the door, carpets were stained. Yuck

When we first arrived to check in there was no one at the front desk. We waited for 5-10 mins before anyone came. There was no bell to ring or any phone to call for help. There were 2 other occasions where this happened during our stay. Also rooms were cleaned every 3 days - requests for towels, toiletries, etc had to be made to the staff. It appeared they were short staffed. Curtain was torn, sofa cushions were stained, shower curtain was dark yellow along the bottom - needed washing or to be replaced.
