It is always amazing to stay here
Elliot, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great location for seeing the key sites which were mostly around 10-15 minutes away.Close to the shops/bars/restaurants in the main street as well as food markets and locally owned restaurants in the side streets around the hotel.Stylish hotel.Rooms were relatively small and bars for hanging clothes as opposed to actual wardrobes but staff, service and food excellent and the Manager led by example and was readily available to ensure stay went very well.

Location is quite and just 2-3 minute walk from the main drag. Beds were reasonably comfortable and included breakfast was decent with excellent coffee.

10/10 Exceptional

Very chic rooms, modern but understated, staff were very helpful and friendly throughout including in the build up helping with parking advice etc. 5 minutes or so walking to lots of the pain touristy spots in Palermo but you wouldn't know - it's very tranquil once inside.

If I go back to Palermo I’d definitely stay again

The stay was very good. The staff in the hotel was helpful and friendly. The hotel breakfast was outstanding with choices for everyone. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. You are 5 minute walk from Teatro Massimo and Maqueda a main street with restaurants, bars and coffee shops

This is a very lovely hotel. The spa is relaxing and the included breakfast is delicious! Lunch and dinner are also served. Our rooms were clean and comfy. Two of three rooms had issues with the AC. The staff was able to move one of the rooms to a room with a functioning AC on the second night of the stay. The other party remained in the original room with a fan that we requested. They were booked. This AC issue happened over the weekend; there was no one available to repair the AC. There were a lot of restaurants close by and many shops to purchase souvenirs. Be sure to inform the hotel that you require a lift if stairs are difficult for you. Nice place to stay in Palermo!

A beautifully restored building in the old part of the city, just far enough from the centre to be nice and quiet but with maybe, a four or five minute walk to one the main streets in Palermo.
Peter Donald, 6-night trip

8/10 Very good

The location is central and the restaurant Lumia was amazing. The hotel is a boutique, but the room was a bit dirty, the hottub had debris in it, and the shower area was just not clean.

Worth the stay

Very good trip. Hotel room was a good size. Bed was big and comfortable. Bathroom was excellent. Staff was great. Friendly and helpful. There were a couple smalls things that needed fixing but didn’t really affect our stay. Breakfast buffet was so good.
John, 5-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is comfortable and modern. The staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. The location is in the heart of the historic district. The restaurant was closed for some reason, so I cannot comment on it. However, the breakfast was perfection! Overall, even though we were in the middle of a renovation, the staff and management were superlative!

It is ok for a boutique hotel. Many flights of stairs to reach the room makes it quite inconvenient.

STAY AWAY

BE AWARE: We booked and pre-paid our stay at this hotel for a couple of nights but when we arrived they told us they overbooked the first night....they 'helpfully' found another hotel room for us 'only' 15 mins walk away. They said we need to pay the other hotel and they would refund us....6 weeks later still no refund. How is this acceptable??

Jetted Tub not working. Promised credit never came

Booked the deluxe suite with jetted tub, which we were looking forward to. Requested the inoperable or broken tub be fixed two times. Vincenzo at the front desk offered a 15% credit payable on PayPal. Did not receive the credit despite several follow on request. Hope Hotels.com can make it right!
Stephen, 2-night trip

The hotel has a B&B and the rooms inside of the hotel. You might end up staying at B&B about 100 meters down the street from the hotel. There is not much help with luggage. So ladies, if you end up on the 3rd or even 2 floor, you might end up hauling your suitcases yourself up the very steep stairs. If you get a loft room, you will be hauling the suitcases by yourself without any help inside of the loft. Hotel side at least has an elevator to the floor you need. We ended telling them that we need someone’s help. They called for a restaurant chef, and the poor guy had to do that for at least party of 3. And if you end up having having a loft room inside of the hotel, it has very narrow and steep stairs as well. My suitcase was too wide, and one person can barely fit on that staircase, so you will end up hauling it sideways. The bathroom inside of the loft has no door. So whatever smell comes from the sewage and probably the old plumbing, it will fill the bedroom. Breakfast is nice, nothing too fancy but everything necessary.

Just okay, parking is a nightmare

We went with this hotel because a young "travel influencer" couple suggested it. It looked nice enough so we booked it. However, our room was really weird, it was split up into and upstairs and down and the metal stairs were about 18 inches wide. It was such a hassle to have all our stuff in a hall like entrance downstairs but the bed and bathroom were upstairs. Also, no door on the bathroom. Even with a close married couple like us you want to be able to sit on the toilet and close the door. Parking in downtown Palermo is a nightmare. I have to say the staff of this hotel is outstanding. They were so helpful and available all the time, especially helping us with parking. But it was so hard to find a place for our car every night. They had a price even for the coffee and tea in our room. At their room rates, these should've been free. That's the bare minimum. The AC worked great and they had a mini split over the bed. So at least we found refuge from the Italian heat when in our room. Overall, it was clean and kind of a neat building, but not worth the price they charge, in my opinion.

Lovely hotel, perfect location, super staff

Lovely hotel, very welcoming reception staff. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and serves an excellent breakfast. The hotel is in the perfect position to explore Palermo and I would definitely go back.

Great hotel and very comfortable stay

Everything was wonderful. Coffee is great, place is decorated with an extraordinary good taste, room very comfortable. The only thing I would Not rate at maximum was the check in and people at the reception desk, no experience and do not know about the city. Also they don t have iniciative Except the guy with curly gray hair. He was great.
Paulo, 3-night trip
