Our stay at the Sandman Hotel came with several unpleasant surprises. The carpet in the room was extremely dirty, to the point we didn’t feel comfortable walking on it. The pool water was brown with visible particles, clearly unclean. In the morning, the coffee service was poor—when I opened a small cream cup, it was moldy and blue. Thankfully, I checked before pouring it in my coffee. These issues raise serious health concerns, and I reported them to Ontario Health. I truly hope management addresses these problems so future guests can have a safe and comfortable
