One window did not seal to well and there was traffic and wind noise especially one night with 80kmh winds Reception was advised, they are quite polite There were blond long hairs on the blanket I don’t think it was washed between guests Over a comfortable stay thanks

The room and bed are always 'spot on' very comfortable, great range of programmes on TV including movies. Staff are lovely. I stay in the smaller rooms, the bathrooms are tiny and a bit old fashioned - but I spend only 10 mins in there - I always rebook when I have to stay in CBD for work. Parking is great, location is excellent

Actually I don't want to give them 5 stars....6 is better! The fish in the restaurant was everything fish should be - large, firm delicious flakes with tasty potatoes and salsa. Good wine match and good price. And well done for remembering that my wife does not take ice in her drink! She herself often forgets to say!

The hotel was very convenient for distance to the TSB arena where we were going. The hotel was easy to find, we don’t live in Wellington. Parking in the open car park out the back of the property was no problem. Staff were friendly, especially the lovely lady of Italian heritage who checked us in and later served us at the bar and dinner . Choices for dinner and breakfast were adequate. We would stay there again.

This is a perfect location if you wish to visit Te Papa and Wellington waterfront. Plus Courtenay Place and access to restaurants and cafes is right on the door step. Not 5 star but convenience makes up for it. Will definitely be back again and again.

Great location for visiting Wellington city – just a short walk into the CBD and short drive from the airport. Lots of dining options nearby and a supermarket across the road. Had a fantastic view from our top floor room and liked the openable windows for fresh air. Paid extra to use carpark out the back $20/night and was worth it (not really any street parking). The room was a generous size and a good bed. Amenities included tea & coffee, coffee cups, glasses/wine glasses, bar fridge and a kettle (note no utensils, plates, toaster or microwave). Wifi but doesn’t work for their TV (as was explained in their house manual). Staff were friendly and efficient. Has a restaurant on site. Would stay again.

Central location for Te Papa, waterfront and shopping. Staff were all pleasant. Big room. Downside is no air con and no fan in the bathroom. The windows open. Probably not normally a problem in Wellington but it was warm so the room was warm. A bonus for us: fresh milk whenever we asked for it. I would recommend and stay again.
