Pros: It's a really pretty historic hotel. Location is also convenient for DTLA; easy to get to the Metro, etc.
Cons:
Service was not that great. I called ahead because my travel companion was arriving before I could get there and I wanted to add his name. Also, because of a change in who was going with me, I mentioned I'd booked a room with two double beds, but would prefer a King if one was available. The guy on the phone was super friendly and said he'd change the reservation accordingly. However, at check-in they still gave us two twin beds. Also, I'm OneKey VIP and I didn't get anything to redeem for the 20% off of my one Food & Beverage purchase. I will say, however, service in the bar was very good. Our room had no view to speak of, but also the windows were extremely dirty. Finally, they had urns of ice water in the lobby, but when I went to fill my bottle the first two times, they were empty (ice, but no water). I asked the front desk the second time if they could be refreshed and he told me that wasn't his job and when my companion asked, he begrudgingly gave us two plastic bottles of water (which I was trying to avoid hence why I had my own bottle). The next morning the urns were gone completely.
