The location of the hotel was excellent — close to transportation, easy to access, and well connected for communication. The surroundings were pleasant, and overall accessibility was very convenient.
However, the hotel itself could benefit from some renovation. The facilities are a bit outdated, and several pieces of furniture clearly need replacement.
What truly affected my experience, though, was the restaurant. Breakfast was disappointing: portions were extremely small, and guests often had to compete just to get food. Refilling the buffet took far too long, and the overall service felt disorganized and stingy.
The biggest letdown was the coffee. In a country with such a rich coffee tradition, the quality was shockingly poor — tasteless, watery, and more like dirty water than coffee. This is unacceptable, especially for breakfast service.
In my opinion, outsourcing the restaurant operations was a mistake. Hospitality should prioritize quality and consistency, and unfortunately, the restaurant failed to meet even basic expectations.
