I have to ask her to come with me to my room so she will understand. I was given a new room but my card key was not working. I was dragging my suitcases up and and down four times until I finally settled in my room.

Hotel has no proper seating so I had to wait 4 hrs at the in-house restaurant. My room was extremly small. Front desk wanted to charge me 3000 yen for an extra key. Stay away.
