My stay was extremely disappointing. The tub was in poor condition with peeling and white residue, and the curtains were hanging loose and wouldn't stay closed. The air quality was also a concern, with a strong unpleasant odor that smelled like dogs. The room's lamp looked unstable, and I was hesitant to touch it. The morning service was slow, with a 30-minute wait for check-in. The breakfast area was unappealing, and the staff's behavior was concerning - one employee carelessly threw a trash can lid on the floor next to me. Due to the poor conditions and service, we didn't stay the night and instead found alternative accommodations. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel After all this I called hotels.com to help me with the bad experience and basically they called the hotel and I got no refund they said nothing could be done . Disappointing please make sure you use insurance for your trip as the rating to Thai hotel was 4 and it should be 1 . You will not get your money back .
