I stayed here previously and had a good experience, so it was my go to hotel when I came back to Oswego again. However, I felt misled about the payment process when I returned. I was told I could pay in cash and I had more than enough in cash when I arrived, and yet I was asked for my card. Because I technically didn't have enough money on my card, I couldn't check in. The hotel claimed that there was nothing they could do, and I had to both cancel my stay and find a different hotel at the last minute (missing the hockey game as a result). I was misled and I'm not sure if I want to do business with the Clarion again.
