We were checked in by an unsmiling front desk person who seemed put out when I asked for some additional hangers (there was one in the room). In the breakfast room, there was no hot water for tea -- just tea bags (and fortunately for us, we don't eat breakfast). The room itself was in need of attention. The mini fridge was so loud we had to unplug it in order to sleep. The paint was chipped on the walls. The door frame was very dirty. Two of the electrical outlets were coming loose from the walls. Truly a "you get what you pay for" kind of hotel.
