Well placed near Michigan Avenue. Our room was comfortable, the pillows wonderfully soft. It would be nice if the rooms had a kettle and coffee maker though. Rooms had soap and hair shampoo and conditioner , but no body lotion---not sure why. Buffet breakfast was excellent. We had not realized that we needed to pay a resort fee, so that took us by surprise.

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!! You will be charged an additional non refundable $140 per night mandatory fee at check in for 2 drink tickets and breakfast.
