I was able to check in online ahead of my arrival, which was honestly about the only good part of the check-in process as I was met by a thoroughly unimpressed employee who in the minimum amount of time possible gave me two room cards informed me what time breakfast was and gave me vague directions to where it was located and sent me on my way. Once I got into my room, I found that it was dirty with potato chips, ground into the carpet and pieces of packaging from different wrappers between the bed and the couch and the bed and the nightstand. In addition, there were streaks of dirt up the bathroom wall and the bathtub faucet was continually dripping throughout my entire stay. When I spoke to somebody at the front desk about it, I was informed that housekeeping would be sent in tomorrow and that the manager was not in until Monday, and therefore they could not speak to them on my behalf. No other help or suggestions were given. The bed was relatively comfy, the room seem sort of dingy and needs an update and the air conditioner function quite well in the fact that it was cold but also sounded like a diesel truck idling at a traffic stop. Overall, I would highly recommend staying anywhere else.
