Our room was an absolute dump. We booked this location as we needed a suite with a pullout bed since we have 3 kids and it seemed like a great deal. We soon found out why it was a great deal. When bed time arrived, we pulled the sofa bed out to find it completely broken. There was a topsheet on the pullout bed which means that housekeeping saw it was broken and still made it. So that was either not communicated to the staff or the staff knew but didn't care. Because it was late and everyone was ready for bed, I didn't want to switch rooms so I asked the night manager if they could just bring up a rollaway bed. He said they couldn't and instead switched rooms. So at midnight, we packed up our old room and moved to a new one. In addition to the pullout, there was paint chipping everywhere, furniture was stained and the window curtain rails were broken at the end so you couldn't close them all the way-which means light came in (this hotel backs up to a highway so it's well lit). The night manager also said he'd let the GM know-which he never did. When I told the woman at the front desk about this she issued a half hearted apology and said they'd make sure to fix the pullout so future guests wouldn't have to deal with it, which doesn't really help our situation or compensate us for the inconvenience. Shame on Hilton for not improving this property.
